STADA operates across three complementary segments. Consumer Healthcare (“CHC”) encompasses a portfolio of over 200 local hero brands sold through pharmacy and retail channels spanning cough & cold, allergy, dermatology, pain relief, gastrointestinal health, VMS and other categories, with STADA holding the number four position in Europe. Generics (“Gx”) offers a vast portfolio of affordable versions of off-patent prescription medicines. With over 16,000 Gx SKUs, STADA is well positioned across Europe with strongholds in Germany, Spain, Belgium and several Central and Eastern European markets, supported by >3,000 commercial FTEs calling on pharmacists across the continent. Specialty (“Sx”) encompasses a portfolio of innovative patented medicines, biosimilar drugs and branded and specialty generics products (small molecule generics with complex formulation, delivery mechanism or therapeutic area). The Company operates a manufacturing network of 16 sites complemented by over 400 contract manufacturing partners and employs approximately 12,000 people globally.
